Conversion cost of the Honda Odyssey with the Northstar conversion is taken off invoice at the time of purchase. If the chosen winner has already purchased their Honda Odyssey with the Northstar conversion, they will be reimbursed the cost of the conversion on or by January 31, 2008. Invoice credit transaction will be coordinated between VMI and the local VMI dealer. Conversion reimbursement will be coordinated between VMI and the winner directly if the vehicle was purchased prior to the winner being announced. Campaign is not valid on the cost of the chassis or any added accessories. Customer is responsible for the payment of the chassis. VMI will only reimburse/credit on the cost of the Northstar conversion as indicated above. Prize must be claimed by June 30, 2008 and is non-transferable. No exceptions will be made.
