Each of our technicians is certified by the manufacturer on the particular equipment to be installed, serviced, or repaired. We are an active member of the National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association (NMEDA). We are accredited in the Quality Assurance Program (QAP) through NMEDA. QAP approved dealers are held to the highest standards in the industry and are regularly inspected by an outside agency to insure compliance.

We have a system in place which allows customers easy access to an after-hours service telephone number.
