Mission to Serve

Mission to Serve

VMI’s Veteran Advocate Center (VAC) is dedicated to assisting veterans—to help them regain their mobility. Our mission is accomplished by educating veterans and their families about the programs offered by VMI, and connecting them with a VSO or VA representative to initiate a discussion about their eligibility for the programs offered by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Value Proposition

The value we bring begins with manufacturing the best accessible vehicles in the industry and continues with exceptional customer support, standardized pricing, a full product portfolio and a streamlined purchasing process.

Purchasing Process

We’ve made purchasing a VMI vehicle simple and efficient. The buying process begins with personal attention from our dedicated Veteran Advocate Center (VAC). VMI is not an accredited representative through the VA. As such, federal law prohibits VMI from assisting veterans in preparing, presenting or prosecuting any claim before the VA. Veterans who desire benefits through the VA must retain the services of an accredited representative, such as a Veteran Service Organization. Information on accredited representatives may be found on the website for U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
