Phoenix, AZ. – (September 12, 2017) – After a 20 year career at Vantage Mobility International (VMI), Tim Barone CFO, will transition into a new role as Executive Director allowing him to step back from day-to-day management to focus on dealer growth initiatives and strategic projects. Barone will also continue to serve VMI on its board of directors and remain as a liaison between VMI and NMEDA. “We would like to thank Tim for everything he’s done for the company and the industry, and look forward to the great outcomes of working with him in his new role,” said Doug Eaton, President and CEO.

VMI has hired Marc Szczerba as the new CFO. He also serves as the newest member of VMI’s senior leadership team. “Szczerba brings tremendous experience in manufacturing and has been successful in helping a number of mid-size firms realize their goals of growth and expansion,” said Eaton. Szczerba was most recently CFO at HM Dunn Aerosystems, and has significant experience from Ford, Bosch, and Honeywell Aerospace.
